		<description>These look VERY similar to a Danish klejner cookie. I almost made those this year in honor of my current Scandinavian obsession. Leave out the brandy, add some cardamom, and you&#039;ve got a klejner. But honestly, deep fried butter, eggs, and sugar can&#039;t go wrong.</description>
