Thanks for sharing this recipe! I found it googling apple cider frosting and boy, am I glad. I made the frosting exactly as the recipe said, but then I thinned it down with some additional (regular strength) apple cider so I could pipe it onto a pumpkin bundt cake I'm bringing to Halloween dinner tonight. The recipe made extra batter so I did cupcakes too and I just had one and it was SOOOOOOOO good! The frosting is excellent and has such a unique flavor from turning the cider into a syrup. YUM!
