Hi Shannon!

Oh dear, I'm really sorry but I can't remember how much puree it produced. I have a photo above of it in a rubbermaid container that's almost full - and those containers hold about 3 cups of liquid. So maybe around there? Sorry I can't be of more help!

Hi there - found your great recipe, thanks! Do you have any idea roughly how much butternut squash puree you used? I already have a bunch of squash pureed (and frozen), and am trying to figure out how much I'll use for this recipe.

Thanks!

Hey. I've been working my way through your archive. I decided to try this recipe since I had a butternut squash sitting out in my garage. It turned out pretty well even though I didn't have fresh basil. I just substituted a tablespoon of dried basil instead. I don't think I'll make it again until I can find either fresh or no boil noodles though. I haven't been able to find any so far. The main thing that keeps me from making any kind of lasagna is the hassle of boiling noodles and trying to keep them from sticking together and tearing. Anyway, I like your blog. Keep up the good work.
